Winter Woes…already?

It’s typical weather here for this time of year! One day you’ll have a warm day in the 50s or 60s, and the next, you could be outdoors scraping frost off of your car. This year is no exception! October 30 was a good day for trick or treating–a couple of places locally were doing their trick or treat parades that day, and the weather was perfect for it. Halloween day? Evening temperatures were in the low 40s. We’ve already seen snow. Not just flurries, but snow showers where we had some stick to the ground for a few hours. Last winter came early, and actually left early–our coldest days were from late November until late December, then the remainder until spring was actually quite temperate (most days were above freezing). Let’s hope we have a mild one this year too!
